ARMS is an Internet-based system that offers a fast, convenient and secure way to access current claim and loss run information, as well as a policy listing per account. Access to the system allows insureds and producers 24-hour system access available 7-days a week.
Insureds or producers in need of loss runs should obtain access to the ARMS system in order to generate reports.
To obtain access to ARMS, complete the appropriate application attached to the DOCUMENTS section at the right side of the screen. Only a maximum of 3 new users per Account/Insured and a maximum of 3 new users per Producer location will be authorized for access.

Minimum browser requirements
IBM Compatible PC running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.73.
To view or print the ARMS applications or to print a standard or custom ARMS report or graph, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
