Bob Dixon is our Chief Human Resources Officer.

Appointed to this position in October of 2003, he is responsible for all Human Resources including Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Corporate and Field Office Human Resources and Employee Services.

Prior to his current role, Bob held a variety of Human Resources positions at Royal & SunAlliance including Human Resources Executive Corporate and CSO, Human Resources Executive Custom Risk Division, Human Resources Executive Specialty Operations, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Employment Manager and New England Regional Human Resources Director.

Bob received his B.A. degree from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
