As head of Corporate Actuarial, Dan is responsible for managing the company's reserving as well as overseeing its Corporate Data and Management Information team.

Prior to his current role, Dan was Corporate Operations and Planning Executive for the company, providing operations coordination and planning support to the executive team. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Business Support Executive for the Personal Lines Standard & Preferred Business of Royal & SunAlliance USA, where his responsibilities included product, pricing, IT, underwriting and operations for the business. Prior to that, his roles included Field Support Executive and Pricing Manager for R&SA Personal Lines.

Dan joined R&SA in 1985. From 1997 to 1999, he served as International Claims Provisioning Manager for the company's International Division in London, England.

Dan attended State University College of New York at Buffalo, where he earned a BS degree in Applied Mathematics. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society.
