	Arrowpoint Capital Corp. Arrowpoint Capital Corp. acquired the US insurance operation of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc in 2007. We are building on our experience in both run-off and active insurance businesses as we continue to manage claims and satisfy policyholder obligations. Our management team brings strong experience and a deep understanding of the insurance business to Arrowpoint Capital's operations. While our name and ownership have changed, our current management, services and business agreements remain in place and unchanged.



			Focus on Policyholder Obligations Since its formation, Arrowpoint Capital – through its two risk-bearing entities, Arrowood Indemnity Company and Arrowood Surplus Lines Insurance Company – has focused on successfully meeting policyholder obligations. Through a multi-functional approach that includes proactive claims management, risk-minimization initiatives and strategic change efforts, we have built a successful roadmap to solvent run-off.
